Notes

The marriage to Retha Algood Carr uses Jack Arthur Shook (first and middle name) in the record, whereas all the other marriage and divorce records use Jack A. Shook. So that could be a different Jack Shook (although the estimated birth date is ~1938). Also note that Terry Jack Shook has a birth index record on Ancestry.com with Jack Arthur Shook and Bessie Pauline Songer as his parents; however, I could not find any records on Bessie on Ancestry.com. I ordered the marriages as best guess based on child birth and marriage / divorce dates.
