Notes
In the 1900 census, Mose Washington Oliver, Elizabeth (Winkler) Parker, and Fred and Jenny Neidigk are all neighbors. Also note that Fred is recorded as the first born, and then as a neighbor.
Fred Neidigk was born in 1875. In the 1880 cenus, Elizabeth was living with her father. Her marital status was recorded as married, but Fred was not recorded on the census. Based on Oscar Neidigk's death notice, Oscar and Elizabeth divorced. Perhaps things were already going badly by 1880. William Henry Parker was born in 1882. So Oscar and Elizabeth were probably divorced by 1882 or so. Around the same time, Elizabeth married Plesant Idell Parker, Sr. Elizabeth would have been about 32 and Oscar about 27.
