Apparently, Jules was a baker (per the 1920 census) and the newspaper article "Mississippi Town is Heavy Loser by Raging Fire." Google shows a law suit between Canty and Morlet. A James Malcolm Canty is buried in Greenwood Cemetery with the following notes: "James is the son of James Thomas and Jane Effie (Williams) Canty. James died as the result of a fire in the Jules Morlet Bakery on Delmas Ave."
