WHITNEY -- On Monday, January 24, 1966, at 4 o'clock p.m., EARL WHITNEY, husband of the late Lucy Swan; father of Alfred B. Whitney and Mrs. Lena Brupbacher; brother of Lena Whitney and the late Mrs. James McMahan, Nita, and Andrew Whitney, also survived by 7 grandchildren, age 77 years, a native of New Iberi., La., and a resident of Povdros, La., for the past 20 years. Relative and friends of the family, also employes of Louisiana Department of State and County Municipal Employes AF of L-CIO Local 1712, are invited to attend the funeral. Services from the funeral home of Jacob Schoen & Son, Inc., 327 Elysian Fields ave. (parking 2223 Chartres st.) on Wednesday, January 26, 1966, at 11 o'clock a.m., with Requlem Mass at St. Peter and Paul Church. Interment McDonoughville cemetery.
