The death certificate for Lorraine was from findagrave.com. It is a small image, and does not zoom out very well. I have not been able to find a better copy on Ancestry.com or fold3.com. So it is better than nothing for now. While there are several family trees with entries as Lorraine Isabella (Shook) Wilson, the given name on her death certificate is Laurena Isabella. So I am recoding her name as Laurena (which also matches the census records).
